BuzzHike is subscription software for AI social media management—AI-powered analytics, competitor intelligence, niche discovery, content planning tools, scheduling, and software insights. We analyze markets and content patterns; we do not sell, deliver, or guarantee social metric totals, vanity metrics, or fake user activity.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with BuzzHike, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed and approved at our discretion by the support team. Refunds do not apply to free credits, promotional entitlements, or third-party fees that cannot be reversed.

Free Trials & Subscriptions

BuzzHike may offer a free trial or introductory pricing. Trial length and billing dates are shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before a trial ends where a trial applies, your subscription renews at the then-current price for your plan.

You can cancel recurring billing from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, or by emailing support@buzzhike.com. Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already billed unless a refund is approved under this policy.

Software Access

BuzzHike is a digital service. After payment is confirmed, your account is provisioned and plan features become available according to your subscription. If you cannot access your account after purchase, contact support and we will investigate promptly.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Brand visibility and content performance depend on your niche, content quality, posting consistency, and platform algorithms. BuzzHike provides tools for niche analysis and audience discovery—it does not guarantee specific content performance metrics, reach totals, or business results.
