By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of BuzzHike immediately.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all related agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and agreeing to the Company's terms. "The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, operating BuzzHike. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both you and us. All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to provide our assistance to you in meeting your needs regarding the provision of our stated services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BuzzHike. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. The expected amount of followers, likes, and comments is not guaranteed. Results depend on the quality and appeal of your content.
3. We direct real users to your feed, but we cannot prevent spam, fake, or inactive followers. You may remove unwanted followers yourself or using third-party services.
4. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service.
5. Support for BuzzHike is available in English via email at support@buzzhike.com.
6. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service, or modify another website to falsely imply an association with BuzzHike or any of our services.
7. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any BuzzHike customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
8. You understand that BuzzHike uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
9. BuzzHike will never ask for your Instagram password or login credentials. We are not responsible for any damages or account issues caused by you sharing your Instagram account information or password with other services unrelated to BuzzHike.
10. If your bandwidth usage or load significantly exceeds the average usage of other BuzzHike customers (as determined solely by us), we reserve the right to immediately disable or limit your account until you reduce your consumption.
11. BuzzHike does not warrant that: (I) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (II) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (III) results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (IV) the quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations; or (V) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

AI and Automated Services

BuzzHike uses artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and automated systems to provide its services, including audience targeting, engagement optimization, and growth analytics. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-driven results may vary and are not guaranteed;
• Automated actions are performed within platform guidelines;
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving your growth strategy;
• BuzzHike continuously improves its AI systems, which may affect service delivery.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

BuzzHike's services interact with third-party platforms including Instagram and TikTok. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform;
• Third-party platforms may change their policies, APIs, or functionality at any time, which may affect our services;
• BuzzHike is not liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account;
• You will not hold BuzzHike responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or terminations imposed by third-party platforms.

Recurring billing, charges & cancellation

Merchant. Paid subscriptions are sold by ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, operating the BuzzHike service ("BuzzHike", "we", "us"), at www.buzzhike.com.

What you are buying. BuzzHike provides recurring software subscriptions for Instagram and TikTok growth, analytics, and related tools. Features depend on the plan you select at checkout or in your account.

Trials and promotional pricing. We may offer a card-verified trial or other promotional or introductory pricing. The length of any trial, intro rate, and the date the first full charge occurs are shown at checkout and in your billing confirmation. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial where a trial applies, your subscription continues and standard recurring charges apply.

Ongoing charges. Unless you cancel, you authorize BuzzHike (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the initial transaction and each recurring renewal at the then-current price and billing interval for your plan (monthly or yearly, as selected). Renewal amounts and billing dates appear at checkout, in-app under billing, and in email receipts where available.

How to cancel. You may cancel recurring billing through the self-service subscription controls in your BuzzHike account: open Dashboard → Settings → Billing, then use Manage Subscription (hosted by our billing provider). You may also request cancellation by emailing support@buzzhike.com with your account email. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge where your card network and applicable law allow. Canceling stops future recurring charges; it does not always refund amounts already charged, which are governed by the refund and guarantee sections below.

Refunds & Membership Terms

BuzzHike may provide a full monthly refund under our Real Growth Guarantee if you do not achieve net-positive Instagram growth after the first 7 days of service. Eligibility and conditions are set out on our pricing page.

BuzzHike acts as a personal assistant and marketing consultation service, performing on Instagram actions you would otherwise complete yourself. We do not encourage or promote spam interactions or inauthentic behavior for the sole purpose of gaining followers.

BuzzHike offers a free trial period for new users. The free trial allows you to explore the dashboard, connect your Instagram account, view AI analytics, and use AI tools. Starting Instagram growth for an account requires an active paid subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew at the subscription price shown at checkout and in your billing confirmation, unless we notify you of a change in advance as described in these Terms. Our pricing pages may also show a higher reference or compare-at amount for context; that figure is not necessarily the amount we will charge each billing cycle. Under no other circumstances are refunds guaranteed. Some refund requests may be considered if BuzzHike was unable to render a full month of service.

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, all services will end immediately. You may retain access to the dashboard until the end of your trial, but no growth services will be rendered.

By signing up for BuzzHike's growth service, you release BuzzHike from any legal responsibility and consequence. BuzzHike is not responsible if your account is terminated, banned, removed, or blocked by Instagram during your subscription.

All users have access to the BuzzHike member area once their account is created. BuzzHike reserves the right to cancel, delete, or edit any accounts registered on our website.

Accidental payment refunds may be considered if requested within 24 hours of payment. This applies only to BuzzHike's subscription-based services. We are not responsible for the natural loss of followers unrelated to our service (ghost followers, fake followers, etc.). We recommend you do not use other growth services alongside BuzzHike, as this may put your account at risk.

Since BuzzHike's growth is organic and natural, we cannot guarantee a specific amount of engagement or monthly followers beyond what is listed in our Real Growth Guarantee. All growth estimations provided on our website vary from user to user.

All sales are final on digital product sales. No refunds are given on eBook downloads or other virtual product purchases.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZHIKE, ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZHIKE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUZZHIKE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuzzHike, ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and BuzzHike agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and BuzzHike agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity.

Account Termination

BuzzHike reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Cookies

We use cookies. By accessing BuzzHike, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BuzzHike and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BuzzHike. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:

• Republish material from BuzzHike
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from BuzzHike
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from BuzzHike
• Redistribute content from BuzzHike

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuzzHike regarding your use of the Service.
