Throughout these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all related agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and agreeing to the Company's terms. "The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, operating BuzzHike. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both you and us. All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to provide our assistance to you in meeting your needs regarding the provision of our stated services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BuzzHike. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Service

BuzzHike is B2B software for social media management. We provide AI-powered analytics, competitor intelligence, niche discovery, content planning tools, scheduling, and software insights. BuzzHike helps you analyze markets and content patterns—it does not sell, deliver, or guarantee social metric totals, vanity metrics, or fake user activity.

Brand visibility and content performance depend on your niche, content quality, posting consistency, and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific content performance metrics, reach totals, or business outcomes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use BuzzHike, or attempt to use BuzzHike, to:

• Generate, purchase, or distribute fake clicks, reviews, endorsements, or social signals;
• Operate bots, click farms, or inauthentic accounts to inflate performance numbers;
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party social platform;
• Misrepresent BuzzHike as a service that delivers purchased social metrics or guaranteed performance numbers.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Software features, analytics, and AI outputs may vary by account, platform, and plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific performance results.
3. Social platforms may change policies, APIs, or features at any time, which can affect how BuzzHike connects to or displays data for your accounts.
4. We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service.
5. Support for BuzzHike is available in English via email at support@buzzhike.com.
6. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service, or modify another website to falsely imply an association with BuzzHike or any of our services.
7. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any BuzzHike customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
8. You understand that BuzzHike uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
9. BuzzHike will never ask for your Instagram password or login credentials. We are not responsible for any damages or account issues caused by you sharing your Instagram account information or password with other services unrelated to BuzzHike.
10. If your bandwidth usage or load significantly exceeds the average usage of other BuzzHike customers (as determined solely by us), we reserve the right to immediately disable or limit your account until you reduce your consumption.
11. BuzzHike does not warrant that: (I) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (II) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (III) results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (IV) the quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations; or (V) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

AI-Powered Analytics & Software Insights

BuzzHike uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide competitor analysis, niche discovery, content drafting assistance, post scheduling, and content performance metrics. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to perform in any particular way;
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing;
• You are responsible for complying with platform rules and applicable laws;
• BuzzHike continuously improves its systems, which may change features or outputs over time.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

BuzzHike's services interact with third-party platforms including Instagram and TikTok. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform;
• Third-party platforms may change their policies, APIs, or functionality at any time, which may affect our services;
• BuzzHike is not liable for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account;
• You will not hold BuzzHike responsible for any restrictions, suspensions, or terminations imposed by third-party platforms.

Recurring billing, charges & cancellation

Merchant. Paid subscriptions are sold by ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, operating the BuzzHike service ("BuzzHike", "we", "us"), at www.buzzhike.com.

What you are buying. BuzzHike provides recurring software subscriptions for social media management, including AI-powered analytics, competitor intelligence, niche discovery, content planning tools, scheduling, and software insights. Features depend on the plan you select at checkout or in your account.

Trials and promotional pricing. We may offer a card-verified trial or other promotional or introductory pricing. The length of any trial, intro rate, and the date the first full charge occurs are shown at checkout and in your billing confirmation. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial where a trial applies, your subscription continues and standard recurring charges apply.

Ongoing charges. Unless you cancel, you authorize BuzzHike (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the initial transaction and each recurring renewal at the then-current price and billing interval for your plan (monthly or yearly, as selected). Renewal amounts and billing dates appear at checkout, in-app under billing, and in email receipts where available.

How to cancel. You may cancel recurring billing through the self-service subscription controls in your BuzzHike account: open Dashboard → Settings → Billing, then use Manage Subscription (hosted by our billing provider). You may also request cancellation by emailing support@buzzhike.com with your account email. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge where your card network and applicable law allow. Canceling stops future recurring charges; it does not always refund amounts already charged, which are governed by the refund section below.

Refunds & Membership Terms

BuzzHike may offer a free trial or promotional pricing for new subscribers. Trial length, intro rates, and the date the first full charge occurs are shown at checkout and in your billing confirmation. Unless you cancel before a trial ends where a trial applies, your subscription continues at the then-current recurring price.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to review and approval by our support team. Refunds do not apply to free credits or promotional entitlements. See our Refund & Billing Policy for details.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the price shown at checkout and in your billing confirmation, unless we notify you of a change in advance as described in these Terms. For current offers see buzzhike.com/pricing.

If you cancel during an active free trial, paid features may end immediately or at the end of the trial period shown at signup, depending on the offer displayed at checkout.

BuzzHike is not responsible if a third-party platform restricts, suspends, or terminates your account. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with each platform's rules.

All users have access to the BuzzHike member area once their account is created. BuzzHike reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Accidental duplicate charges may be considered for refund if reported within 24 hours of payment. Separate digital product purchases (such as downloadable materials) may be non-refundable once delivered, unless required by applicable law.

Brand visibility and content performance vary by niche, content quality, and posting consistency. BuzzHike provides software for analysis and discovery—it does not guarantee specific content performance metrics, reach totals, revenue, or other business results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZHIKE, ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUZZHIKE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUZZHIKE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuzzHike, ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and BuzzHike agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and BuzzHike agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity.

Account Termination

BuzzHike reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Cookies

We use cookies. By accessing BuzzHike, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BuzzHike and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BuzzHike. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:

• Republish material from BuzzHike
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from BuzzHike
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from BuzzHike
• Redistribute content from BuzzHike

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuzzHike regarding your use of the Service.
